Dads Birthday

So I have this fantastic plans for my dads birthday. If you've ever seen overhaulin...something like that. One thing...it might not be done this year(his 44th) and do it next year (45th) for funds and 45th is more milestone sounding.

One I join with a local or my uncles police dept(but he's in ILL. and need to find an excuse for being there in the first place) and get a bunch of fake fines and stuff(when i'm driving), say that it's been FAKE impounded and can't get it out for certain reasons(he hates me for a week or so), then customize the car then when it's done we get it out of fake impounding on his birthday and he loves us lol. Sound good?

I've personally hatched this plan, and wanted any imput of how i should approach my mom and any sponsors like the place that installs everything and the police dept? do you think the police would be willing to even help?

i may love it, but i diddnt understand it

i seriously doubt the police will help. they are doing their job and not helping some kid plan a birthday surprise for his dad.

Yeah that sounds about right lol i might just go simple and say i'm taking it on "vacation" (he's used up all his days) and go to my friends shop outside of town for three days and install the stuff myself(save like 500 extra bucks)
