=PL= Clan

Hello guys,
in these days we are haong issues with =PL= clan.
They write in our forum to give us shit and shot down the image of my clan =BIB=.
Why they do that?
They have many servers,all are sequential like iP 69.12.109.40-41-42-43-44-45-46...
How they can have that?
Because they write at server provider that if they dont reciver the ip that they want,they close all their servers to move on another server provider.
So server provider give they the IP because they dont want lose so many servers.
Well,one were a =BIB= ip so we started a complain....
Now he is saying that we are hackers,ceathers,came in our server and spawn chat etc etc....
Why?
Because an our ip is ending with 38....and they want that ip so they want we have an empty server to take that IP beceuas we should close it.
Sorry if i post here but i think that this is bad thing for all bf2 players.
He reported our clan to GGC too because in these days one hacker is crascin thier server and he is sure that the ahcker is one of my clan ( without prrof ).
GGC close the case and gave us reason but this is all to show what kind of clan is that.
He is writing at others clan founders about us and continue says that we are hakers.
We had 5 month ago 2 hackers that weared our tag but tag can be add without be a member of the clan and he is so n... because the 2 hacers that used bib were banned in bib servers LOL ...so you think that an hacker of my clan try hack in our servers when he know that we were running anty hack programs?

Sorry gusy but this is what is happeneing to us.
I hope you guys support us..
Know that we have some others friendly clan that belive in us,give me a trust to take down that guy.

I am sorry to hear that.
Are you sure they are from =PL= Clan ? Or can be somebody using the tag to create a bad image of that clan ?
Who is your server provider ?
Unfortunatelly your server provider can manage their ips like they want, but they can transfer all configuration to the new server either.
We receive complaints and accusations of people accusing us of hackers too.
There are a bunch of kids starting to play this game and they really dont know the difference between skills and hacks.
Other complaints/accusations are because we kicked/banned some players for breaking our rules and they come here for revenge.
We treat every complaint/accusation depending on who did it and how the complaint was made.
I hope you can find a solution to your problem.

Yes mate because in their forum http://www.packet-loss.com/phpBB3/index.php you can see a chat on the bottom of the page were if you scroll down and start read comments done by paket-loss you can read that he is sure the hacker that play in thir servers is of my clan.
The problem that hurt me is this :
He dont have proof of nothing but still say at his members that my clan is a clan of hackers.
He wrote at GGC and they said that he dont have proff and that we done 40 ban of hakers by SS and now he want write again at their Head-admin.
He is writing at other founders to force they belive that and alredy happened that 2 of us were banned before enter in the SoE server,i mean before log in inside the map, because SoE if a friendly clan of they.

And how do I know you might ask, For example you have been killed 65,535 times Well using 12 different weapons.

I have seen the stats.

BUT Blanco stated that his stats are ONLY that is like a hacker. He did not say you hacker.

We should not jump to conclusions and give him a chance to defend himself from this evidence that is before us.

Hopefully he will be honest in his defense.

I Think we should leave this to the elders...I Have seen his stats...I was just pointing out that we should not be like the other clans and not let his present his case. Afterall, you guys are not like the other clans anyway... Why be like them now and jump to conclusions? Lets have patience And leave this to the judge as the evidence has been shown. Conclusions will come. Judgment will be passed.

Yes,my account with others 5000 were hacked the 2 february and if you look with attention and you see my K/d you see :
8449.29 death per round
51.50 death for minute
Score per minute 0.40
Total of death : 21013385

When this happened i were going to be a colonel.
Others of others clans like 7DV and others had same problems but EA said that they can only reset accounts and not restore accounts at the day before 2 February or before.
But they cant reset without i tell they to do that so,because i dont want lose all i prefer keep what i have.
I got 100000000000 bans for my stat,this is why i play only in my servers.

Ah i forgot post some other cases like me :

Look this guy : were hacked in february too : look his global score : - yes minus : - 9901281
and he is a general

That was your decision.
Of course you will be banned from all servers with that stats.
We ban ALL players with stats like that.
Everytime a 4 stars plays in a server the stats are checked.
We cant allow ANY 4 stars to play in our server with stats like that because we are not going to explain to all our guests everytime they ask why we allow players with stats like that to play in our server.

Those posts are from 2005.

We had a similar situation with one of our members last year, but EA restored his account to a previous state.
In fact, EA sent him a message telling him they were aware of a hacked server and they offered him to restore his account to a previous day of the hack and they did it.

Unfortunally this is not the first time that happened but is the 2nd time.
And mate,i were reset the last time.
Personally i dont belive too much in the EA support,expecailly because hakers buy a new key and can hack again and who were hacked like me risk a reset...

If you read my posts I never said you are a hacker.
If I believe you or not, or if you are a hacker or not that is not the point.
You can try to convince anybody you are innocent and some will believe you and some will not.
Its not personal.
We just DONT ALLOW ANY PLAYER with stats like that to player in our server.
