Unban request

I was playing on your server earlier, and a person named dixsy normous started to harass me when i was joking around with them saying so you wanna play like that? after he shot me outta the jet with a tank which i thought was funny, and then told me to cry more bitch (screenshot)


if you check chatlog you will see, yes i might of said something back, and i was messing around with a teammate sniping around him and he ran infront of the bullet and killed him and i was banned on site no warning and a member was watching me which he probably told him i was intentionally tking but i wasn't dixsy continued to be rude to my clanmate i just wanna be unbanned.

1. Its a free speech server. 2. You intentionally tked MADMULLET and he banned you. I had nothing to do with it. Its his call.

Our rules of engagement clearly state:

1. It's a free speech server provided such speech is organic to the spirit of good gamesmanship and enjoyable gaming and is neither disrespectful, racist or bigoted.

Although we would prefer that our clan members refrained from addressing our playing guests in such a manner, the exchange between this player and our clan member ("cry some more bitch") fell within the penumbra of our free speech rules nonetheless.

2. Intentional Tk's = permanent ban. Zero tolerance. This rule is prominently posted not only on the log on page, but the in game scrolling rules and in our Rules of Engagement as posted on our forum @ www.triplexclan.us

3. The behavior of mindless children will not be tolerated.

Punishment as follows:

3. Players who randomly shoot at teammates are typically kicked with a - SMACK! message.
4. Players who tk other players intentionally are typically banned.
5. Players who tk clan members are permanently banned.
6. Players behaving like mindless children, as was the case in this instance, are first kicked and then permanently banned on any second offense.

In this case a clan Elder was intentionally tk'd by a player, while the player's unban request defense seems to be, at least from what I can discern, that the player was shooting all around his teammate and his teammate inadvertently ran into one of his bullets, thus implying that it was the teammates fault rather than the player's fault for acting like a mindless child who shoots at his teammates.

What I did not see in the unban request, though, was a player who regretted what he had done while admitting he behaved badly and being apologetic.

Instead, the player used the excuse that one of our clan members was rude while essentially placing the blame on the victim of his random shooting at or all around him.

Accordingly, the PERM BAN will stand until such time as Mullet chooses to lift it -- that is, provided he choose to do so.

i didn't intentional tk anyone i know because i was talking in vent with my clanmates waiting for a chopper or jet so i could go help take air field.

I was talking to my buddy MADMULLET in vent as well when he was tked.

Well i didn't intentional tk anyone, and if i did tk him i am sorry. i don't recall i was really wasted when i was playing and i was an ass, if i did tk anyone i just like your server and get worked up like everyone else in this game. Please unban me I like your server.
